Crippleback Lake Gold Project (Available for an Earn-in/Joint
Venture Option
)

Project Summary

This Property is available for an Earn-in/Joint Venture Option arrangement.

The 530-claim (13,250 hectares) Crippleback Lake Project covers the northeastern extension of the regional-scale Valentine Lake fault zone and lies roughly midway between the Valentine Lake gold deposits (Marathon Gold) and Sokoman’s own Moosehead Gold Project in the rapidly emerging Central Newfoundland Gold Belt. The Property is located in proximity to the Trans-Canada Highway in north-central Newfoundland, is easily accessible by a network of secondary logging roads, and is only a short drive away from assaying and diamond-drilling services in Springdale, NL.  The property lies 70 km northeast of Marathon Gold’s > 5.0 million ounce Valentine Lake gold project and straddles the same structural trend.

Originally staked for its geological similarity to the advanced Valentine Lake Gold Project (Equinox Gold), new logging activity in 2023 exposed previously unseen copper (+/- silver, zinc, lead) mineralization in the northern portion of the property. Grab samples up to 5.4% copper (with anomalous silver, lead and zinc) were returned from several roadside outcrops.  The style of the alteration and mineralization is believed to be representative of porphyry copper and/or higher level epithermal gold deposits, a new target type for the region.

In the fall of 2024, the company drilled nine exploration holes across a 1.6 km long strike and 1 kilometer wide area underlying a 1975 Noranda soil survey that outlined a strong copper/lead and zinc anomaly.  Widespread and locally intense “porphyry style” alteration (abundant clay minerals with stringer sulphide mineralization) was intersected in several holes with the drilling results published in a news release (August 14, 2025).  It is important to note that the drilling appears to have intersected one of the alteration haloes that typically surround an actual porphyry deposit.  The task is now to determine where the higher grade core lies with respect to the alteration we encountered.  We are commencing an expansive IP survey to cover the drilled area as well as in all directions around the drilling to try and define vectors to mineralization.  Further drilling and or trenching will follow if warranted.

Highlights

  • 530 claims – 13,250 hectares

  • Extensive porphyry and/or epithermal gold alteration (+/- mineralization) intersected in drilling over 1.6 kilometers and open in all directions - 9 hole (1839 m) reconnaissance drill program in late 2024

  • 9-km long gold-in-till trend; multiple samples with > 20 gold grains to a high of 60 gold grains

  • Highest rock sample assays of 1.7 g/t gold (float) and up to 5.4% copper (outcrop grab sample)

  • IP survey currently underway to locate potential targets along strike and below current drilling

  • Phase 2 drilling possibly as early as Q4 2025 or early 2026
